At Oija India, we want you to love what you wear. If the fit isn’t perfect, our Policies are here to help!
7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges. You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Whether it’s a size issue or a style preference, we’ve got you covered.
Hygiene Standards (Important) To maintain strict hygiene standards for all our customers, we accept returns on items only if they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returnable Items: Bras, Sleepwear, Activewear, and Robes.
- Non-Returnable Items: Panties, Shapewear, Briefs, Swimwear, and any multi-packs that include panties (due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept these back once opened).
Refunds
Our policies include seamless Refunds to your original payment gateway. To ensure a fast and hassle-free experience, all refunds at Oija India are processed by Razorpay.
- How it Works: Once your return item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check (typically within 24-48 hours of pickup), the refund amount will be instantly processed to your original payment method linked to your account.
Replacement/Exchange: If you need a different size, simply select fill the “contact us” option. We will dispatch the new size as soon as the return pickup is verified. The first exchange is free of cost!
Referral Program & Discounts
Share the Love, Earn Rewards! Love Oija? Invite your girlfriends to experience the comfort!
- For the Referrer (You): Share your unique referral link/code found in the “My Account” section. When your friend makes their first purchase, you get a new coupon in your account.
- For the Referee (Your Friend): Your friend gets a flat 10-15% discount on their first order when they use your referral code.
Referral Terms:
Referral discounts cannot be combined with other sitewide major sales (e.g., End of Season Sale).
Referral credits are valid for 60 days.
The referee must be a new customer of Oija India.
Cancellation
Please refuse the delivery at the doorstep. We will process the refund once the package returns to us.
